About This Programme

This program focuses on the strategic management of people within organizations. Students are trained in labour relations, industrial psychology, performance management, organizational behavior, compensation systems, HR analytics, and labour law—emphasizing both Zambian and international labour contexts. Graduates are prepared for HR roles in corporate organizations, government institutions, international NGOs, SMEs, and multinational companies with operations in Africa and beyond.
